At Thumbprint Consulting, I helped the AP and finance team manage day-to-day invoice work and reporting. Most of my time was spent reviewing invoices, assigning the right GL codes and department tags, and making sure everything matched our internal guidelines. I also built a few simple Excel tools to catch errors early, which made reviews a lot smoother. On the reporting side, I used Power BI to create dashboards that showed things like how long invoices were taking to get approved or paid. The goal was to clean up the process, avoid delays, and make things clearer for the team.
