As a Senior Engineer at Tata Communications, I have end-to-end ownership of our in-house Campaign Manager platform, purpose-built for high-throughput bulk messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS channels. I spearhead backend development of new features, optimize performance, and ensure platform reliability at scale. Collaborating closely with DevOps, I drive seamless AWS-based cloud deployments while also providing Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 support, addressing issues at both the engineering and application levels to ensure uninterrupted business operations.My responsibilities span full-stack development, system analysis, with a core focus on Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS services. I’m deeply involved in enhancing message delivery pipelines, implementing scalable solutions, and continuously improving campaign orchestration for enterprise-grade communication needs.In addition to my professional role, I have completed Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin, through a distance learning program. This opportunity allows me to actively work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects, enhancing my technical acumen and broadening my skill set.Previously, I worked as a Data Analyst Engineer at Tata Communications, where I designed, developed, and implemented data pipelines and dashboards using Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL, and Python. My role focused on ensuring data quality, consistency, and security while delivering data-driven insights to solve business challenges.During my internship at Tata Communications, I have learnt to building data pipelines and creating impactful dashboards using Power BI, further solidifying my passion for data analysis and engineering.I also gained valuable experience as a Data Analyst Intern at Mphasis, where I performed ETL tasks, conducted data analysis, and created insightful visualizations.
