More than 15 years of experience in managing Performance, Rewards (compensation & benefits) and Job Evaluation for employees in more than 25 countries. Experience in designing and implementing both short term incentive plans (Variable Pay plans) and long term incentive plans (both equity based plans like ESOPs, SARs, RSUs etc. and Cash Based Plans like deferred compensation plans). I have managed Managed employee cost valuation and HR due diligence in both domestic and international divestment and acquisition projects (M&A).Managed HR processess and on-site sevarance package negotiations during business closure in more than 15 countries in Europe.
