But in a world of capital abundance, trust and design—not just returns—drive real allocation.Over two decades across private equity, venture, hedge funds, and real assets, I’ve built the infrastructure that moves capital: SaaS-enabled fund platforms (including scaling a startup through acquisition by Apex Group), liquidity products for professional sports ownership, and distribution systems connecting RIAs, family offices, and institutional LPs.I’ve sat on both sides of the table in private markets. In investment roles — working in close proximity to investment committees, partners, and executive teams across hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and real assets — with direct influence on risk monitoring, deal structuring, and portfolio-level decision making. And in client-facing and operational roles — present at the executive level with customers, partners, and stakeholders while building the fund infrastructure and distribution systems those relationships depend on. Most private markets professionals have one or the other. I’ve built across both.That means operating across strategy, product, and distribution — translating fund and platform vision into capital structure, go-to-market architecture, partnership networks, and the operational workflows that keep fund managers, LPs, allocators, and distribution partners aligned at scale.My work integrates technology, investments, operations, and risk — so capital formation systems absorb regime shifts and compound trust across cycles.I also write to clarify how capital, technology, and strategy intersect — publishing on private markets innovation, AI-enabled capital formation, and the democratization of alternative investments.    Flow - acquired by Apex Group in April 2025 - provides fund infrastructure for private markets — digitizing the full fund lifecycle for GPs, wealth platforms, RIAs, and allocators.As a member of the leadership team and senior GTM lead working directly with the CEO, I drove enterprise distribution growth across the VC, PE, and RIA verticals — spanning strategy, product positioning, and channel development.Closed the largest deals in company history by both ACV and TCV, and played an integral role in shaping the GTM motion and investor narrative that moved Flow upmarket — increasing revenue velocity ahead of acquisition by Apex Group.
