My career began in India in talent management and quickly expanded into global roles where I designed organisation structures, led culture and performance transformations, and shaped people strategies for workforces of up to 80 employees across 34 countries. I believe that communication, fairness and efficiency are the pillars of a thriving workplace. At Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories I restructured HR across emerging markets, aligning talent to business priorities and launching a “Talent to Value” programme that improved leadership readiness and reduced time‑to‑hire by 30 %. At Altudo, as EVP & Chief People Officer, I guided the company through hypergrowth and helped it achieve a top‑10 Great Place to Work ranking in India and APAC. Across each role, I’ve championed data‑driven HR, introduced employee‑sentiment analytics, and integrated AI into recruiting and talent development processes. Today, I’m passionate about using technology and human‑centred design to build inclusive, high‑performing cultures for distributed teams.
