Spearheaded digitization of logistic landscape of Hindalco on a single platform across all plants and warehouses, upstream and downstream, mines- coal & bauxite, finished goods and raw materials, Copper and Aluminium,Road and Rail; digitizing Scope3 emission measurement of logistics operation; Lead the Road Logistics Teams across Aluminum, Chemicals, Copper & Fertilizer business of Hindalco- from Minerals to Foils to Designer Windows- from B2B to B2C and manage a gross logistics spend of approximately Rs.1400 cr per annum; have spearheaded the Hindalco digitization program across 12 plants & 19 Warehouses – on-boarded Road & Rail logistics team on Digital platform, integrated FOIS with ERP and empowered the grass root by setting up an operational Logistics Control Tower; led the Corporate Logistics function through the process for IMS certification, ERP implementation, ERM and Sustainability. Implemented Safety, Environment and Quality System in operation;
