About Amit Pal

Experienced in Electronic Product Design, Embedded System based Product Delivery and Educational / Industrial Research, especially in sensor design, test rig design, electronics hardware design, fabrication and analysis. Automotive Embedded System Felicitator:Responsible for creating content, supporting documentation preparation for trainers, and content delivery at client location. The syllabus includes C, Embedded C, MISRA C, Automotive Electronics, ADAS systems, Extensive Bare Metal Programming for STM32 for I2c, SPI, RS232, CAN protocols with RTOS, Introduction to AUTOSAR, Model-Based Engineering, ISO26262 and OSEK. Electronic Systems and Management Experience:Having hands-on experience in electronics system design for more than 10 years, I have used various embedded system boards like STM32, Raspberry Pi, and TI Launch Pads for product design and research purposes. Also designed custom Printed Circuit Boards for signal conditioning circuits and electronic products. Headed the design and development team at “IoTronix - A Home Automation Company” for developing several IoT-based energy-saving switch modules to control and monitoring home and office appliances using IoT. Along with development I also managed the CRM and component sourcing/purchase group.PhD Research work: Two-phase flow is very common in various process industries. One of the important measurement parameters in two-phase flow conditions is void fraction/phase fraction, as it provides us with information on quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, flow pattern identification, safety, and scheduling advance maintenance for the various systems. Capacitive sensors are designed, fabricated and experimentally evaluated along with its signal conditioning circuits to measure phase fraction or void fraction.Always ready to help new researchers with their problem statement or anyone who wants to start hands-on with Hardware design and IoT System Design.
