   I lead the SW, Data Engineering and Sciences team in SCOT OSS for WW marketplaces. We support SW dev, Analytics and Science work for sourcing optimization with core focus on to Supply. My teams works on numerous programs from long lead buying to Just in time including Imports, Vendor Initiated orders etc. Beyond numerous metrics we also look at vendor/supplier performance by measuring lead/delivery times, Confirmation/Fill rate and chargebacks and their impact on planning and execution. We have built a heterogeneous data lake from our transformed and integrated datasets that allow teams outside SCOT (like Retail and Trans etc.) to build and analyze on top of our datasets. We have an Elastic Search based data discovery platform integrated with a web application serving thousands of customers for their data and analytics needs. We are executing multiple Data Science projects with multi-million dollar ROI innovating and developing prototypes to implement cutting edge optimization, machine learning, and data science in Amazon\'s already advanced supply chain network.
