ABOUT AMIT SAXENA
Amit Saxena has around 21+ years of professional working experience and significant part of it comprises of managing and leading large and complex SAP projects for various industry verticals like Retail (FMCG, Fashion), Manufacturing, Defense, Pharma etc. involving multiple full life cycle implementations, setting up of support infrastructure, upgrade, digitalization and roll-outs. He is currently the IT Lead for SAP S/4 and SAP CAR in one of the world’s largest SAP IS-Retail transformation project with rollouts in multiple countries. Previously worked as Head of IT Solution Operations in Germany with main focus on SAP Retail, SAP AFS, SAP PI, SAP POSDM & SAP BI systems. As Program manager earlier he successfully set up offshoring (blended sourcing model) and has worked very long in different consultancy positions with different SAP solutions like IS-AFS, IS-Retail, IS-Oil, IS-Aerospace and SAP POSDM. He himself is a IS-Retail & SAP MM Certified Solution Consultant. Amit has been working in Germany for last 16 years and has German citizenship.
