As a Physical Design Engineer at Samsung Semiconductor India Research, I am working on latest technology node devices. I contribute to complex physical design and implementation efforts, driving robust RTL to GDSII execution, timing and power closure, and high quality tape-out readiness for advanced SoC designs.Previously, I worked as a Lead Application Engineer at Cadence Design Systems, supporting strategic customers as a senior pre sales technology expert. I was involved in the evaluation, deployment, and adoption of EDA solutions, collaborating closely with customer architects, design leads, and internal R&D teams to address complex design challenges. I provided technical guidance, developed customized flows, and drove successful tool adoption, resulting in measurable improvements in design productivity, adoption, and customer satisfaction.Before Cadence, I was a SoC Design Engineer at Intel and eInfochips, where I designed and implemented advanced SoC, FPGA’s, Structured ASIC and Graphics products across multiple process nodes including Intel 7nm, 10nm, 18A, and 20A, as well as TSMC 7nm, 16nm, 28nm, 180nm, and GlobalFoundries 22FDX. Leveraging TCL and Perl, I developed and optimized netlist to GDSII flows, reducing design turnaround time and improving overall QoR.I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and have earned multiple certifications from Cadence, Synopsys, and Intel.My professional journey reflects a strong commitment to continuous learning and problem solving in the semiconductor industry. I mentor junior engineers, promote a structured and data driven problem solving mindset within teams, and lead the resolution of complex engineering challenges while keeping pace with evolving technology nodes.
