About Amit Zemach
Owner and qualifier of AZ Contracting, a Fort Lauderdale premier design build contractor specializing in repair, remodel, restoration and modification of residential properties. Our design team works alongside homeowners in our design center to put together their projects and our team of professionals make them come alive. Since 2006 AZ Contracting has been bringing customer service back to the construction industry with an impressive rate of 100% satisfaction among its customers. Extensive experience in construction and restoration of properties including remediation of mold, bio hazards and odor/smoke has allowed me to serve as an expert as to damage assessment in numerous cases involving insurance related disputes. Multiple appearances in jury trials, testimonies, mediation and appraisal processes since 2008. For the last 25+ years I have been an active real estate developer, investor and manager. Investments and development in both commercial and residential properties over the last 25 years included projects like industrial condos, residential portfolios, and income properties.
