I ensure smooth coordination with production teams, optimize BoM costs, and perform photometric testing (LM-79/LM-80), thermal validation, and lumen output analysis to guarantee compliance with IEC, BIS, UL, and CE standards.Earlier, at Genus Electrotech, I led New Product Development (NPD) for outdoor and indoor lighting solutions, including DOB floodlights, industrial highbays, smart streetlights, and EMB bulbs.
