KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:# Responsible for hunting and reviewing tenders, tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, information/inputs to top management to get approval for bidding.#Download tenders from different different sites and send to Authorized Industrial Distributors AID in Excel sheet for inputs on Designation, RSP, HSN Code, MLC.# Prepare the balance inputs on receipt of the same and send to VP Distribution for approval.# Monitor the progress of the tender submitted, track and publish results and clarify queries if any.# Techno commercial discussion with PSUs.# Follow up for Purchase orders with PSUs in case of tenders won.# Coordinate with Territory Managers/Regional Sales Managers for customer accounts on hold.# Support the Sales managers and Territory Managers within the business units with regard to missing documents and liase with PSUs for the same.# Track the visits of TM’s and DSFs to PSU Units and the sales happening in respective units.# Manage emails on PSU tenders like GEM, E-Procurement Portals like NTPC, BHEL, IOCL, Mahagenco & many more and India customer care diverting to the required departments wherever necessary.# Assist and approve creation of products in GEM Portal.# Liase with Legal and Compliance team for renewal of vendor contracts and DSCs.# Liase with Ariba team for registering contracts in systems and submission of invoices from vendors.# Coordinate with APS team for technical issues.# Coordinate with Helpdesk team at PSUs for technical and DSC issues.# Sharing tender leads to the AIDs from TenderTiger and tracking the results.KEY INTERFACES: Territory ManagersRegional Sales Managers VP Distribution Business Unit Head Finance TeamAriba TeamLegal & Compliance TeamLogisticsAuthorized Industrial DistributorsPSUsAPS team.
