I have been associated with skill development sector for more than 10 years and started my career in skill development sector and directed my career to NGO sector by starting as Trainer in RVITI. After that, I worked as a Project Coordinator in Society for charity, Obligation,Technology and training (SCOTT). After SCOTT I worked as a State Coordinator at Empower Pragati Vocational & Staffing Pvt. Ltd. Currently I am working as State Coordinator at Don Bosco Tech Society.I like to work in team and feel comfortable in team work. I believe in learning and self development with knowledge and on field experiences. I have always tried to maintain good relationship with my subordinates and colleagues, most of are still in my contacts.I have 10 years experience in Skill Development & Employability. I have done many Govt. Project (MoRD-SGSY, MSME Trainings (EDP/SDP), UIDAI Trainings, NSDC STAR Projects, PMKVY, Ministry of Railways, in on different levels. I have also graphical knowledge of entire Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand. I have successfully handling entire Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand, in terms of Training and Placements.
