ResponsibilitiesOwning End to End FP & A & Business Performance for GFIT.Finance – FP & A for full P&L (22 Regions) & Few GL Balance sheet related to Business.Complete ownership of budgeting, Outlook, Forecasting, Operating plan, Blue print review, variance analysis.Working with Senior level & CXOs (CTO/CDO/CIO/Senior VPs & Leaders) for Spend estimates.Complete ownership of Variable and Base cost & Allocation.Include Headcount forecasting & Work forces planning.Capital Spend (Capex) Review & approver agreements & Depreciation & Amortization for BU.Opex manage & follow on budget and rolling forecast / outlook to meet matrics.Complete ownership of IT Org Finance with Different region America / EMEA/APAC.Executive Comms Pack, Actuals Pack and explain variance to business over monthly call.Building BI dashboards for business.Approving and tracking Spend with PO approval Opex & Capex.Bridge between Business and the rest of the teams.Multiple Reporting to different stakeholders on monthly / quarterly & yearly basisAccrual on monthly basis & making sure all the Gl cost are related and with accounting policy.Adhoc – Audit / Reconciliation
