With over a decade of experience at DHL Global Forwarding Freight Shared Services (India) LLP, I have honed my skills as a Team Leader within the IRR/SE Task Force. My role involves ensuring seamless documentation processes, leading and training team members, and maintaining adherence to company protocols.Being a part of the Cargowise One Task Force team has exposed me to diverse challenges, including supporting countries during the transition from LOGIS to Cargowise One. I actively contributed to successful Go-Live initiatives for Ocean and Air Freight services, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients.My hands-on experience extends beyond borders, as I\'ve assisted teams in Ireland and Ethiopia with outsourced tasks, providing training and guidance to ensure operational efficiency. I\'ve also played a pivotal role in Cargowise One implementations, both on-site and off-site, managing critical tasks such as shipment creation, invoicing, and backlog clearance.In addition to my operational expertise, I have ventured into the realm of data analysis and visualization, particularly with Power BI.
