I am a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience across consulting, FMCG, and the evolving retail landscape of India. My journey—from ITC, Ernst & Young, and BCG to leading Hindustan Field Services and Smollan India as CEO—has been shaped by one belief: great organisations are built when people, purpose, and execution come together with integrity and ambition.For the past more than two decades and since 2019 as CEO, I’ve had the privilege of leading a strong sales, merchandising, and activation workforce that partners with India’s most admired consumer brands. Whether it’s HUL, Castrol, Mondelez, Britannia, Pepsi, Abbott, Akzo Nobel, TVS or others—our mission remains constant: to help brands win at the point of purchase and create meaningful impact in the marketplace.My leadership philosophy is anchored in three pillars:1.
