Emphasized a phased delivery approach, steering the implementation of the new iCargo WMS system away from a traditional \"big bang\" method- Successfully implemented integration with the state-of-the-art Material Handling System, Siemens Cargo Compact. This involved coordinating the alignment of the WMS with the new handling system, contributing to a streamlined and modernized workflow-Played a key role in integrating the WMS with the Data Warehousing and Reporting System. Led the development of a comprehensive performance analysis, encompassing measure definition and the creation of a data dictionary.New Pricing Application - RTSCorp Accelerate Product Impl:Was specifically requested to contribute to the Early Life Support Period for the implementation of a new pricing product. Post go-live, managed the identification and resolution of high-priority defects within a tight schedule, effectively preventing billing disruptions. Notably, this task was undertaken without any formal handover from the previous IT experts.
