I partner closely with engineering, product, legal, and security teams to embed privacy, transparency, and AI into platform architecture and operational processes.My programs often span hundreds of engineers and multiple global organizations, translating complex regulatory and technical requirements into scalable solutions that enable innovation while protecting customer trust.Key Accomplishments• Launched and stabilized a new privacy program within Amazon Retail, achieving 100% goal completion for two consecutive years. • Led regulatory readiness initiatives enabling organizational compliance with major global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, DSA, and DMA. • Rebuilt and scaled privacy engineering and operations teams within Amazon’s Traffic & Marketing Technology and Alexa organizations, strengthening privacy governance and operational maturity. • Launched privacy engineering tooling for customer data deletion in Amazon Alexa, enabling automated processing of customer deletion requests aligned with global privacy regulations. • Managed and resolved global customer trust incidents, reducing Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) by 50% through improved operational frameworks and automation. • Supported 50+ legal and litigation cases related to privacy practices, partnering with Amazon Corporate Counsel to mitigate regulatory and reputational risk.I am passionate about building platforms that embed privacy, responsible AI, transparency, and customer trust into the core architecture of large-scale digital systems.I hold the IAPP Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) certification and continue to focus on advancing privacy engineering practices that bridge regulatory compliance, AI initiatives, and large scale software architecture.
