I am an IT Leader with over 23÷ years of experience in designing and implementing SAP Systems ( S/4 HANA, Ariba, SAP HR and SuccessFactors) for Finanace, Procurment & HR automation and digital transformation initiatives across various sectors & geographies. Currently, I lead SAP Practice and HR Technology division at Air India, the flag carrier airline of India, where I manage the end-to-end SAP Systems & HR systems and processes using SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors and other tools.I have a strong educational background in HR and Computer Science, and I hold multiple certifications in SAP HCM, SAP SF, and PMP. I am also an experienced corporate trainer and mentor in these domains. I excel at project and program management, system architecture, change management, and team leadership, delivering solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to drive Finance, Procurment & HR innovation and excellence at Air India and beyond.
