A thorough finance professional, having Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Law degree from India, with 15+ years of post-qualification experience of handling a gamut of finance function for India and overseas entities, with focus on strategic finance and related compliances involving mergers, demerger, acquisitions and negotiations to scale up and optimize the top line, bottom line and cashflows. My experience includes, effective management of corporate and business finance, financial reporting (IGAAP, US GAAP, IND AS and IFRS), evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliances, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, handling taxation matters and coordinating auditing processes. I have worked on leveraging business strategy, strengthening internal controls, improved organizational capabilities through process simplification, enhanced preparation and consolidation of accounts, increased effectiveness of MIS and other deliverables. Have delivered several benefits by improving accuracy, reducing cost, monitoring expenditure, technology upgradation, treasury and tax planning, team development and other initiatives.
