Designing print inputs like visual aids, theme based LBLs, brand reminders, posters, gimmicks, FAQs, patient education booklet & product monographs. For the first time Geno is going to publish their internal newsletter namely WAVE and I was involved in entire operation, designing of WAVE. Planning of brand recalls, promotional gift inputs based on theme of brands. Conducting quarterly cycle meetings and discussion, presentation about strategy, promotional planning and interaction with the field forces Active participation in the training programme and discussion of brands and marketing aspects. Involved in market research and new product launch. Driving and monitoring of promotional campaigns and preparation of brand campaign analysis report and follow up. Sales data analysis and participating in monthly review meetings. Coordination with internal customers and providing all the necessary supports and brand related queries. Monthly field work to understand customer perception of products, competitor’s activities, brand related survey and to observe implementation of strategy and planning.
