Deputy Manager – QA | Vendor Management | Haldiram’s Corporate Office, Noida (Sector-62).Vendor Development & Process Improvement: Developing new vendors and strengthening existing vendors for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) as per Haldiram’s Vendor Management Guidelines, improving their processes for consistency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Food Safety & Compliance: Ensuring implementation of FSSAI Schedule 4 and Food Safety Management Systems, including GMP, HACCP study & plans (CCPs & OPRPs), Foreign Body Management, Integrated Pest Management, Cleaning Protocols, and GLP at vendor sites. Training & Culture Building: Designed and delivered training programs/modules for RM/PM vendors to enhance food safety and quality culture. Third-Party Manufacturing Oversight: Conducting Third-Party Manufacturing Units/Co-packer System and Process Audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.Complaint Handling: Managing customer complaints related to RM & PM from vendors and Finished Goods (FG) from third-party manufacturers & co-packers, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures. Strategic Support: Assisting vendors and third-party manufacturers in strategic initiatives, such as installation of new machinery and implementation of GMP practices for Foreign Material Control.Internal Audits: Performing Internal Audits at Haldiram’s own manufacturing units to ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards.External Audit Support: Supporting external third-party audits at Haldiram’s own manufacturing units to maintain compliance and certification requirements.
