I am a highly accomplished Hydraulic Fracturing Technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently, I serve as the Principal Advisor for Well Stimulation at Chevron in Houston. My expertise lies in leading innovative hydraulic fracturing and completion optimization projects, resulting in significant cost reductions and performance improvements. I have been instrumental in developing and implementing new technologies, holding multiple patents, and driving technology strategy and leadership.Since joining Chevron in 2012, I have played a pivotal role in transforming the stimulation design for the Shale & Tight Asset Class (STAC) at Chevron. My leadership has led to significant design optimizations, improvements, and the development & implementation of innovative technologies and cost-effective fracturing and completion designs.
