As the Head of Product Development at ViewRay, I formulate and execute data-driven business strategies and roadmaps for developing and managing complex multi-modality medical equipment, such as high and low field MRI, radiation therapy, and patient handling systems.My core competencies include engineering management, systems engineering, new product introduction, continuous improvement, and program management of class II medical devices in ISO 13485 environment. I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, delivering projects within budget, time, and scope constraints, and supporting production and regulatory processes. I also foster long-term business relationships with vendors and partners, and provide technical guidance and support to various hardware engineering disciplines.
