I am member of SteerCo as well product management function for learning and talent systems within HR technology organization.The responsibilities include: • Accountable for end to end implementation and system operations of learning and talent systems mainly CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand), Gloat Talent marketplace and EdCast LxP• Act as product owner / system owner, managing business requirements, product roadmap, identification and implementation of product functionalities as well as system integrations• Process and regulatory compliance such as CFR 21 Part 11, GDPR, legal hold, data retention etc.• Product implementation, Service transition & management and process management• Work with business stakeholders as well as IT for smooth implementation and management of learning and talent systems• Vendor management, stakeholder management, service reviews and escalation management• Govern systems controls as defined by organization’s information management framework such as data retention and archival, business continuity planning, access controls, regulatory GxP as well organizational audit management, merger, acquisitions and divestments etc.• Product implementation using IT Waterfall as well as Agile methodology
