In my current role as the overseer for the telemedicine project, I ensure the seamless setup and integration of hardware and software components, covering tablets, desktops, servers, networking equipment, and power backup systems.Timely submission of deliverables aligned with the RFP is a priority, including inception and conceptual reports, along with meticulous planning of CAPEX and OPEX. I conduct thorough financial analyses for optimized resource allocation.I actively monitor the acceptance of training modules and orientation files for CMOs, ensuring effective resource utilization. Leading the setup, installation, and handover processes, I emphasize seamless operations for Hubs, Spokes, and the Command Centre.Managing the IEC board for public awareness and implementing MDM solutions for device security, I oversee the installation of internet infrastructure, crucial for internet access at PHCs and Hub locations.The establishment of four hub locations connected to around 400 PHCs forms a robust telemedicine network. Collaborating with the development team, I ensure a seamless mobile application interface for doctors, pharmacists, and HCWs, enabling EHR management and teleconsultation services.Conducting comprehensive training programs at PHC, Hub, and CMO levels, both virtually and physically, ensures effective telemedicine service implementation.My role extends to implementing a dashboard system, providing a centralized view of key metrics for monitoring, enhancing overall project efficiency.
