Collaborating with the development team, I ensure a seamless mobile application interface for doctors, pharmacists, and HCWs, enabling EHR management and teleconsultation services.Conducting comprehensive training programs at PHC, Hub, and CMO levels, both virtually and physically, ensures effective telemedicine service implementation.My role extends to implementing a dashboard system, providing a centralized view of key metrics for monitoring, enhancing overall project efficiency.
