Ltd, New Delhi.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-VOICE (AVAYA) Handsome knowledge of Avaya Unified Communications Management. IP PBX Management, Creation/Deletion of Extension, Providing Auth Code for STD / ISD. Handsome experience on Avaya Aura CM, SM, SMGR & SBC. Creating/Deleting/Modifying Agent Login ID, Voice mail box for users, Abbreviation Code. Changes in Vectors, VDN & hunt groups according to call centre requirement. Monitoring of PRI trunks, DS1 boards, CLAN status, MEDPRO Status, IPSI & Loggers. Avaya IP and Analog phone configuration.(H.323 Endpoints & SIP Endpoints) Configuring extension in AUDIX for voice mail, COR, COS etc. Troubleshoot problems related to PRIs, DS1 boards. Uploading announcements on VAL board and Media Gateway. Taking daily, weekly and monthly CMS backup. Weekly AES & Announcement backup. Monitor recording and configuring agents and extension in NICE and Verint for recording solution.
