Preparation and Monitoring of Cost Estimate/Cost to Complete (CTC) for a large scale EPC Railway project, RVNL & DFCCIL, Flyover, Bridges,Highways and Metro Rail Projects.2. Detailed study of scope, specifications and design drawing of project.3. Identifying potential risks, opportunities, and alternative solutions.4. Evaluation and assessment of situational factors like complexities, conditions, and trends, etc.5. Analysis of Vendor quotes for various cost breakup and uncertainties.7. Analysis of operating cost, direct cost, indirect cost, commissioning/Enabling cost etc.8. Analysis and application of Escalation and contingencies.9. Cost risk analysis of the project.10.Analysis of rates through first principle for BOQ items and Issuing the Orders.
