Responsible for all type of training programs (Sales, Credit, Ops, Collection) across all branches with Employee base.• Conduct Products & Policy training for all verticals such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, MSME Loan, Two, Three & Four-Wheeler Loan, Light-Mid-Heavy Commercial Vehicle Loans, Construction Equipment Loan, Tractor & Farm Equipment Loan, Mortgage Loan, Housing Loan and Securities (Bonds) Loans. • Conduct Periodic Induction Program for new candidate including products and policies of company. • Conduct all others training like Refresher Training, Roles Based Training and PIP Training & Mentor training.• Conduct Management training on Behavioral Skills, Time Management, Email Etiquettes, Soft Skill, Communication Skill and Personality Development training.• Responsible for conducting training over POSH and Company Code of conduct.• Conducts Refresher sessions for Credit, Collections and Operation teams of the company.• Identify TNA / TNI to develop departmental and role-based training Programs.• Monitor training material (PPTs) and business updates to make amendments to the manual if required.• Create PPTs as per departments needs using multiple tools like Canva, Slides Carnival, etc.• Conducts sessions using multiple training techniques such as role plays, case studies, group tasks etc.• Ensure employee effective learning through periodic assessment program using LMS/Gurukul. • Visit branches and conducts OJT and check the work at Ground Level to put real time example in Training. • Create Monthly Training Calendar and Pre Journey Plan (PJP) to visit Branches. • Help in Content development/PPT for the company which help to run Training Program more effectively and smoothly. • Project Management- work closely with central Fraud Risk Management team and create awareness on fraud management for Risk prevention. • Maintain records for all the documents and excels properly for audit purpose.
