Ensuring efficient production processes, optimizing resource use, and meeting customer demand while maintaining quality standards. Regarding customer urgency or considering Ex-works Date of sales order, preparing monthly manufacturing & Dispatch plan. Ensuring that production plans are aligned with capacity, demand, and available resources (material, machinery, manpower). Circulating daily scheduling plan respect with optimize resource utilization. Adjusting schedules based on changes in demand, machine breakdowns, or material shortages. Raw materials planning for monthly production and managing material requirements planning (MRP) to meet production needs Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to ensure that raw materials, semi-finished goods, and FG are available when needed. Follow up with procurement team for timely ordering & ensure delivery date. Tracking production progress against schedules, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process and taking corrective action. Coordination and Communication between different departments, like Quality, Production, Stores. Co-ordination with SOIP team for Dispatch clearances, payment terms, TPI arrangement, and commercial issues. Assist the Dispatch department in generating invoices and arranging vehicles according to dispatch plan. Daily preparing Plan vs Actual report, utilization data, booking synopsis, capacity plan, preparing monthly MIS & SLA report & analyzing Budget vs Actual. Preparing consumption plan for FG or SFG nonmoving inventory. Responsibility for shutdown plan. SAP activates like creating purchase requestion, sub-contracting indent for job work, service order, STO (interplant stock transfer Order), product routing, MRP run, production order release, product confirmation, CPM tracker update etc.
