As a Board Member and CHRO with over two decades of global HR leadership experience, I specialize in building people strategies that drive growth, scale, and organizational transformation. My expertise spans startups and mid-sized enterprises across the US, Canada, UK, ANZ, Mexico and India where I’ve consistently enabled HR to become a business enabler, not just a support function.My experience is deeply rooted in the IT and ITES sector, where I’ve helped fast-growing companies evolve into top employer brands. I’ve led organizations through cultural shifts, digital HR transformation, and employer branding journeys resulting in multiple Great Place to Work® certifications, including Top 100 rankings in India. My interventions have improved employee engagement, optimized operational costs, and accelerated business performance.I currently serve on the Board of Directors of my organization and on the advisory board of a reputed business school. I’m a certified Corporate Director and an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and NUS Business School. I am associated with the Forbes Human Resources Council, Institute of Directors (IOD), and other respected leadership networks.Recognized by The Economic Times, Forbes India, and the Great Managers Awards, I’ve been invited to speak at TedX, SHRM, ET Human Capital, People Matters, and other industry platforms.
