End to End SDLC Delivery: Managed CMS program built from scratch on AWS, led this 3 year project from business case/PID to go-live, worked with a globally distributed team of over 40 headcount. Large Scale Data Transformation and Migration: Served as the central POC for the Barclays Structural Reforms program implementation team, leading critical data implementations, demonstrating solid data transformation and migration skills.5. PM Governance: Facilitated steering committee meetings for transparent updates on project status, milestones, challenges and risk mitigation strategies. Regularly engaged control tribe members from CDO, CSO to senior architects and SOMs.6. Rolling Wave Scope, Schedule and Risk Management: Chaired project change control meetings and steering committee/ program forums to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Work Breakdown and Work Package Definitions: Worked closely with technical and business stakeholders to define business outcomes, project scope using intricate work breakdown structures.8.
