I facilitate seamless access to general practitioners across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, coordinating appointments to meet the individual needs of our patients.In addition to scheduling consultations, I manage the procurement of medications through our affiliated pharmacies, ensuring prescriptions from doctors are filled promptly. I also oversee the issuance of sick leaves and referral letters, enabling patients to consult specialists at nearby hospitals or clinics without delay. Collaboration with laboratories is another crucial aspect of my role. I coordinate sample collection for necessary tests, ensuring that our patients experience minimal disruption during this process. Once tests are completed, I promptly share the results with patients and facilitate lab discussions with their doctors, helping them understand their health status and next steps in their care journey.
