I am a People & Culture leader with over 23 years of global experience, currently serving as Group Chief People & Culture Officer, driving enterprise-wide transformation across people, culture, workplace, safety, sustainability, and business strategy. My career has been built on a simple belief: Organizations scale sustainably only when people, culture, and capability are at the core of business strategy. Over the years, I have led large-scale operations and transformation initiatives across global organizations including bp, UBS, and Huntsman, where I worked extensively on employee experience, operational excellence, and change management. During my consulting journey, I partnered with organizations such as JLL (Citi Bank, NMACC, Future Retail Group) and Sconcept, leading complex transitions and large-scale change programs, strengthening my ability to navigate ambiguity and drive transformation. At bp, my role aligned closely with the People & Culture function, where I worked on employee experience, wellbeing, and organizational effectiveness across employees — which became a natural bridge into a full-scale P&C leadership role. Currently at Listenlights Group, I am leading enterprise transformation, including- Building leadership pipelines and future talent ecosystems (GET/JET/MT/FT)- Establishing LL University for capability building - Designing GCC and scalable HR operating models - Driving culture transformation aligned to organizational purpose - Aligning people strategy with business growth in Data Centers & Infrastructure I bring a unique blend of business, transformation, and people leadership, and am passionate about building future-ready, high-performance organizations.
