The solution included • Digital PA System along with integration of Fire Control System.• State-of-the-Art paperless Multimedia conferencing system in the new Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha chambers with simultaneous interpretation and voting solution. • Digital Conferencing system in 17 large committee & conference rooms.• Digital Video Display solution with Large Active LED video walls & individual LED Displays.• Building wide Signage solution for interactive information sharing.• Digital network of Panic Buttons & warning management system for emergencies like Medical, Fire, Terror etc.• Independent digital networks for each of the above solutions with copper & fiber connectivity. e.g. Dante Audio Network, Video Network, Control network to name a few-Close Co-ordination with • Architects & AV Consultants, • General Contractor (Tata Projects Ltd.), • CPWD teams,• Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MOHUA), PMO & Parliament’s Secretary level officials.• Coordination with the OEMs for negotiations, documentation, procurement, technical support & testing commissioning of the solutions installed in the New Parliament Building.
