I am an accomplished professional delivering over 17 years of career success in the Construction of Metro Rail, Indian railway, NHAI & managing activities viz. Elevated Viaduct, Bridge works, Well foundation, Pile foundation Earthwork, RE wall, Pway works, Platform works, casting yard & Quality control activities. My dexterity lies in managing a diverse range of Construction Projects along with activities like equipment selection, capacity planning, contract administration, resource planning & mobilization, costing, and quality assurance so as to ensure top & bottom-line profitability. Demonstrated excellence in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on-time deliverables within preset cost parameters. Led construction projects of ₹ 586 Cr. across sectors. Over time, I have proved my excellence in MEP trades with a technical focus on devising detailed and abstract estimates, bills of quantities, alignment plans, and longitudinal and cross-sectional drawings including cross and longitudinal profile correction.
