Role-Team Lead (CE APAC TS)The Main role is to manage the Trade Support Function for an IB client, which performs the support role between the Trader, Middle Office and the various Back office teams.Directly liaising with the Trading desk and settlement team to ensure timely settlement of trades. SME in FOBO Reconciliation, reconciliation between front office and back office (FOBO) through systems and applications like Intellimatch, Fidessa, Goman, NTPA, CABS & POETS.Successfully completed remote (desktop) migration on new sub-process in FOBO reconciliation.Amendment of trades in Front Office/ Middle Office systems to resolve issues with trade.Liaising with the Front Office/Traders to ensure that bookings are correct and the trades feed into settlement systems without any issue. Monitoring such exception queues and resolve issues before settlement date.Assisting front office in moving positions from old products / books when new product / book is setup. Liaising with Product control team to ensure that activity is completed in hassle free manner.Sending Trade confirmations to clients and ensuring confirmation details are correct as per market requirements and details agreed.Cross training team members in critical processes to mitigate the risk and dependencies. Preparing daily and weekly MIS reports for HK market.Preparing monthly KRI / KPI data and to make sure it should be delivered to Onshore at least 48 hours before the monthly call with client.Maintaining a strong bonding with the client and traders.Ensuring all control points and checks being taken care of by everyone in the team without compromising on quality.
