I am working as a scrum master and project manager for more than 2 years for travel and hospitality clients. During this time I have managed multiple projects for two North America client. I have experience of managing two projects simultaneously as scrum master having team. Worked with team to remove the impediments and coordinate with other teams if needed for impediments removal. Tracked all the risks for the team and ensured their close so it doesn\'t block the team. Facilitated Scrum of Scrum with other teams. I have also played the role of offshore project manager for the account and have been involved in various operational activities including timesheet approval, onboarding offboarding. I also have experience of managing project in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and also being involved in PI planning activities. Worked with leadership on Quarterly Business Review (QBR\'s). Prior to that i was working as Senior Executive - Program Management being part of CMT (Communication Media and Technology) delivery unit and taking care skill building, agile practices improvement and process excellence initiatives for the delivery unit. I was earlier involved in Project Managers grooming initiative. I was also in analysis and visualization of finance data using Power BI tool. Prior to that i have completed my master from Great Lakes Institute of Management with majors in Operations and minor in Analytics. Prior to that i was working as a Programmer Analyst in Cognizant for a major life sciences client. I was working as a functional quality analyst for a pharmaceutical client. I was handling one application for the project where i was involved from planning to execution.I was also involved in the validation testing and mobile testing.
