Manage a given geography for the various partners of Bank (3 Districts, 27 Branches). Increase business, market share, and cross sale of all bank products through agents of partners. Meet assigned targets of liabilities, Assets and all other products. Meet quality parameters in business sourced. Identification of new agents having good potential business and onboarding him/her through our partners. Imparting constant training for various products and processes including new product launches. Meeting regularly with Branch Managers to ensure better coordination between RBB and Partner Agents. Ensuring regulatory compliances and displays are placed at BCs Ensuring constant liaising with RBB, Assets teams for business growth.
