   1.3 years of experience leading 2 scrum teams of 14 members for Item Setup and Maintenance for US market. The main responsibilities are to mentor and guide the team members while designing, developing, and implementing the solutions. The teams were built (Only 1 developer was in system) newly after joining and was able to ramp up the teams quickly and deliver production ready code from first month.I work with all stakeholders to prioritize roadmap for the product, align on project milestones, planning resources and improve processes by regular connects with my leadership, product team, PMO teams, and functional leaders.
