Material planning, schedule planning and co-ordination with contractor to keep the moving as per the company strategy to keep the team in high moral train and develop junior team member and establish and maintain work procedure. HDD Laying, flushing, pre-commissioning, & commissioning. To Inspect the Incoming material as per specifications. Inspection carried out as per international standards like ASME & API etc. Ensure quality assurance and safe Working at site Inspection Trenching, Laying Of Pipeline. Pipeline Crossing (HDD, Cased Crossing, Manual Boring, Open Cut). Ensuring HSSE at site. Safety Valve & Valve Chamber Installation. Witness of Billing & related documents. MDPE root survey and laying, testing, charging and commissioning. Inspection and planning with execution of GI & GI riser and PE materials, fittings, vendor approval and ground connection also installation of services regulator in society. Inspection and survey of site, trenching, laying of polyethylene pipes and backfilling of trenches as per drawings and ISO standards. Testing of GI pipe after installation with air to find out leakages. Checking & Verification of all documents such as Drawings, Backfilling, Testing Restoration reports after Completing of work.
