Accountabilities: 20 years of experience in Retailing/Sales / Operations/Category management with exposure of multi state experience in leading role across India.Presently heading Bihar & Jharkhand, Handling 80 stores, more than 700 Manpower including Cluster Heads, Store Manager, Department Managers & Customer Service associates.Key Accomplishments- Had opportunity of independently handling New store expansion & Business of various states across East, West, North & South zone- Launched more than 50 New Retail stores during ongoing journey with Reliance Retail- Have been certified as a National Assessor to assess different levels at a store up to Cluster Head- Successfully completed & certified in Altair- Six Sigma project in Reliance- Attended Design Thinking program conducted by Reliance Retail Team- Leading in operational KPI across country while heading MPCG-RJ-GJ- Have had opportunity to introduce various categories at store to enhance exposure of local taste of stocks to the consumers while working with Rituwear - Biglife. Major focus was given on developing Non Apparels business in the store- Grown in Retail Industry from Ground level- Customer support associate to State Head of a region.
