RFI, All Checklist, Pour card, Hindrance report All papers maintain Monitor and manage the efficient utilization of manpower, material, machinery and equipment on site. Cash Flow Preparation Progress tracking : Preparation of Daily Progress Report, Weekly and Monthly Progress report, of Site work activities, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges and forecast. Business Development Prepare and verify RA (Running account) Bill and quantity estimates as per site progress. Check and validate contractor measurement and quantity against Drawings and BOQ.
