This is the mechanized underground mining using HEMM like Jumbo, jackleg, dumpers, scoop loader, etc. • All equipment planning as per the faces requirement and efficiently used and take out the productivity • Emerald mining a very sensitive mining rock condition is very critical and need to manage every day • Ensure visit all faces and checking rock condition take a decision for support like timber, rock bolt or shotcrete • Ensure the everyday checking of ventilation and gases due to a lot of smoke produced by dumpers and LHD loaders • Ensure the effective day-to-day planning for mining development, ensuring all equipment available• Monitoring drilling blasting technics for mining development • Mining safety, ensuring everyday support been done• Responsible for consumable planning for monthly and mining cost • Monitoring underground ventilation and development for corrective majors• Monitoring on the job training and off-job training for employees • Responsible for all equipment arrangement of the underground mining operation as per the technical basis• Monitor water management in underground• Ensure occupation health safety and assessment as per standard• All mining consumables daily and monthly planning for the operation
