With over 23 years of experience in the banking and financial services, I am now a product manager with a passion for enhancing and digitizing the customer journey for small savings investment products. I hold a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) from ICFAI University, and I have completed multiple certifications in AI and leadership from Coursera.As the Assistant Vice President of Product Management at Axis Bank, I am responsible for overseeing the product management, compliance, and performance of various products such as PPF, SSY, NPS, APY, and Pension. I work with various stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that improve customer experience, increase retention, and drive business growth.
