Responsible for conducting credit risk assessment of external customers using quantitative factors (financial ratios, business projections) as well as qualitative factors (external references, intent, attitude, payment track record, etc.), leading to a credit limit decision.• Advise the BEs on the types of credit arrangement available for individual customers.• Functionally responsible for the credit overrides through risk monitoring and target setting.• Conduct blocked orders release and take action to avoid recurrent order blocks and recommend to approvers• Monitor Account Receivables using KPIs and other reports. Take action to minimize payment delinquencies, including high level of interaction with customers as well as internal stakeholders.• Support on ISO documentation and relevant audits for processes relevant to CM. • Participate in local or regional Credit Management projects when necessary.
