My professional experience consists primarily of product management/development & execution, where I am highly motivated by my desire to deliver innovative and powerful software to fill existing and future market needs.My flavor of work currently is into conversational tools, AI, LLM use cases. Previously I haveworked in organizations where I could contribute in digital ecommerce, and every thing supply chain and logistics. helping the Warehouse Ops, streamline their business process, by aiding in transformational efforts around products, improving the following business metrics(Fill ratio, Order dispatch TAT, Customer promise) Previously I have worked as an associate Product Manager for Snapdeal, where I was responsible for building out interfaces and applications for Supply Chain and Logistics team to better manage the user experience for the End customer, as well as reducing overall supply chain cost. My roles and responsibilities included being the product owner of the Warehousing management systems, Reverse logistics systems and line haul logistics systems.Prior to Snapdeal, I have worked as an technical application analyst in Atos wherein I have had a significant experience in catering to software requirements for global clients in Telecom and Transport sectors.My responsibilities there included managing and building features around business applications catering to order management and fulfillment for a major telecom service provider in Europe.I have worked with multiple teams, across North America, helping improve the asset management processes, and build efficiency around fleet management, for a major transport company.
