Corporate banking experience spanning 16 years with exposure across risk management, project finance and relationship management. Last 9 years have been in leadership positions in credit risk management across multiple segments including large and mid corporates. In addition to credit risk, I have been involved in business origination, credit structuring and deal execution in project finance, structured finance, infrastructure advisory and consulting. Currently managing a large corporate banking credit portfolio spread across multiple sectors like auto components, dairy, cement, paper, iron and steel, tyres, pipes, chemicals etc. Expertise in establishing, up-scaling and leading teams in new geographical locations as part of the overall strategy for business expansion. I have been involved in improvement of systems and operating procedures with respect to credit risk management and compliance to regulatory guidelines. Good understanding of legal documentation with respect to credit facilities and legal recovery actions in delinquent accounts.
